Dr. Rad graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology with High Honours from the University of Toronto. While there, she conducted research with the Toronto Fire Service in education-based musculoskeletal disorder prevention strategies. She decided to further her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Rad is also a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider from McMaster University for the neurofunctional treatment of pain and dysfunction. During her clinical internship at CMCC, she assisted Dr. Brad Muir in the practical sessions of his Peripheral Neural Dynamics: Upper Limb course. She also completed the Concussion: prevention, detection, and management course presented by the University of Calgary and Université Laval collaboration.
Dr. Rad has a special interest in sport-related injuries, concussion and headache management, and exercise therapy for arthritis management. She enjoys working with individuals on general physical rehabilitation for better function and living for all ages and demographics.

These days, she enjoys spending her time outdoors with her two huskies, Jack and Cali. Trail running and exploring new areas of the city are her time exercise and me time. She also enjoys going to the gym to workout with her boyfriend who is also a chiropractor.
